There can be many reasons for liver problems, the main ones being excessive alcohol consumption, excessive consumption of spices in food and many other factors. For example, if your belly is getting too big, you might think it is because you are fat. But did you know that liver problems can also cause a lot of swelling in the stomach, resulting in a bloated stomach? This article has been created keeping all these signs in mind.

  1. Injury marks on the face: Sometimes the face turns yellow and white spots appear. If this happens, it is not a good sign. In such a situation, a doctor should be consulted.
  2. Yellowness in the eyes: If the white part of the eyes turns yellow, it can be a serious problem. Do not ignore the yellowness of the eyes, it can be serious.
  3. No taste: If there is no taste in the food or there is no desire to eat, then it is worth paying attention to. Due to liver problems, an enzyme called bile reaches the mouth and the taste of the mouth becomes bad.

Liver Cleansing Tips and Home Remedies:

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar should be consumed daily with food. It helps in cleaning our liver.
  2. Raisins: Take 150 grams of raisins, boil them in 2 cups of water and soak overnight. Filter it in the morning and consume it lightly after heating it on an empty stomach. It helps in cleaning the liver and kidneys.
  3. Honey and Water: After eating garlic in the morning, mix one teaspoon of honey in warm water and drink it. It helps in keeping the liver clean.
  4. Garlic: Eat two cloves of garlic every morning on an empty stomach and drink one or two glasses of water.
  5. Lemon: Take a ripe lemon and cut it into four parts, mix black sweet in one part, salt in the second, castor powder in the third and sweet in the fourth. Heat a slice of lemon and eat it one hour before morning.
  6. Jamun: Eating 200-300 grams of Jamun on an empty stomach during the Jamun season cures liver problems.
  7. Harud Peel and Jaggery: Mix old jaggery and harud peel and make a tablet. Taking it with warm water in the morning and afternoon normalizes the liver and spleen.

Use it for 15 to 21 days as per the need and the liver will start functioning properly.

It is useful for other diseases including stiffness and contraction of the liver.
